Upon signing the contract Buyer and seller both become legally bound, Buyer has the responsibility to make the payment as specified and seller has the responsibility to deliver as agreed, Buyer has the first responsibility to make the Full payment to the sellers designated bank account, Alternative Bank Accounts may be provided by the Seller ( RAM Online ) if needed 

RAM Online Services ( Seller ) will not start any production until clear funds are received in our designated bank account, We reserve the right to hold production and Deliveries , our lead-times for production and deliveries are 25to 30 days after receiving full payment , Upon receiving the full payment we will secure the material and start production after which buyer cannot cancel the order .

all Deliveries mentioned on our Invoices are estimated , unforeseen circumstances can affect the production schedule and delivery dates 

Signing contract

Once both parties have signed the contract , seller will hold any future orders and ensure production and delivery for the said contract / agreement, Action will be taken against the buyer by the seller if the buyer refuses to make the required payment stated on the agreement to recover the full cost of goods plus expenses
